"YOU DESERVE TO FEEL LIKE YOU."
MY STORY, MISSION AND ACHIEVEMENTS.

I AM @LYNDADIDIT
JUST A GIRL WITH A DREAM TO LIVE.
I've been a part of this industry for nearly 10 years and in that time I've accomplished more than I ever dreamed possible. At the beginning of my career, I focused more on braided/protective styling and nails only doing minimal colors. I worked out of my first home which was a trailer.
It wasn't necessarily the most luxurious location. However, I was still able to grow as an artist thanks to my wonderful clients who believed in me and my mission to bring a taste of the alternative world to Utah.
As time went on, I found myself stagnant and needed something new. Despite my own nerves of being in a potentially very "Utah" salon, I decided to apply to work at one. I know this might sound really risky to some, but I took a chance and started off booth renting rather than commission since already had an idea of what I was doing, and I wasn't in a place where I was ready to release control of my business.
My first salon home was good for what it was able to provide- warm and welcoming, good local clientele, mild/med foot traffic. Once that chapter left, I moved into my second salon where I found myself within my craft. For a long time, that salon was my home and I really explored my creativity while I was there for the 5 years that I was.
In the time that I was there up until now, I won awards for my updos, colors, and extensions. I was also nominated several times for all of my artistry for award shows such as ONESHOT HAIR AWARDS and The Rainbow Convention, I've been in MODERN SALON MAGAZINE twice and SALON EVO MAGIZINE. I'm a part of the OLAPLEX Pro Collective and I made the Modern Salon 100 Game Changers this year. To say I'm obsessed with what I do is an understatement!
When it comes to doing hair, I've fallen in love with the underlying purpose of each technique, color, or cut that I find an interest in. So much so- I've created heaps of content on my social platforms and I've taught several classes to fellow stylists around the country!
In fact, I'm going on a whole new tour this year, lol! With that being said, I am moving to Las Vegas, NV and that will become my new town of origin. I can't wait to meet new clients and make new friends, but I will be travelling up to UT once a month for my current clientele as well as some new clients!

I'm not just a hairstylist! I'm a mom, a wife, and an epilepsy warrior. I've worked very hard to be able to provide a life for my family and me despite any setbacks we've had in the past.
Everything I do is in their honor and I hope from the bottom of my heart that I make them proud of me. Please know, if you ever get your hair done by me, thank my husband. He's the whole reason why I'm able to do what I do. He has sacrificed so much to fully support me and my career and now we are in a place where he is also beginning his career as a photographer.
Together, we have made so much happen. He is the light of my life. My kids are my entire world.
I'm so grateful to be able to say that I am seizure-free and I can enjoy the time I have with my family and doing everything I can to grow for myself and them.
